If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the amount charged.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Our products are generally produced after an order is placed.

Because of this, orders may enter production shortly after purchase and may not be able to be canceled or changed once production has begun.

If you need to make a change to an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@theemptypawnshop.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after production has started.

5. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by an incorrect price.
